How far in advance should I place my order to be picked up on time?

We request to have a prior request window open atleast 48 hours in advance, if you are not able to plan ahead and need a pick up ASAP, we will place you with one of our experienced representatives to get the ball rolling!

When picked up delivery may vary depending on your chosen drop-off city, For an example lets just go with a coast to coast route for now - Fl to CA may take anywhere from 6 to 9 days travel time (excluding our expedited choice of transport). Make sure to have exact delivery addresses to avoid any delays.

Am I able to store items in the vehicle during transport??
We suggest to leave no more than 100 Lbs of personal items in the vehicle. Items must be stored in glove compartment and trunk. This must also be approved by the driver in advance as personal items are NOT covered by insurance in the rare event of an accident. Please Reference our Terms And Service for more info.

How do I pay? May I pay cash?

We have multiple options when it comes to payment. We like to offer you the best source of payment when you choose TCS, as long as payment is received after you approve the quality of our service and condition of your vehicle upon delivery. Payment must be approved before vehicle is released. Meaning, you may pay cash or credit card upon delivery if chosen to assure your vehicle arrived just as it left, but must be cleared before release. You may also pay upon booking your vehicle transport to avoid any worries during and after shipping.

Where Do I meet the Driver for Pick-up/Delivery
We provide door to door automobile shipping. This means no meeting driver as he/she will be instructed to pick-up at the address provided and deliver to the your specified designation.
